Our Slip Agent Masterbatch is a high-performance additive formulated to reduce the coefficient of friction (COF) on polymer surfaces, ensuring smoother processing, improved handling, and enhanced film performance. Developed using fatty acid amides (such as erucamide or oleamide) dispersed in a compatible carrier resin, it provides excellent slip properties while maintaining clarity and mechanical strength.
This additive migrates to the surface of molded or extruded parts, forming a microscopic lubricating layer that prevents sticking, blocking, or friction during winding, stacking, or film roll-up. The result is superior surface smoothness, better mold release, and reduced wear on processing equipment.
Ideal for blown film, cast film, lamination, injection molding, and extrusion coating, the masterbatch is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, and copolymers. It ensures steady slip performance over time, even under varying temperature and humidity conditions, making it especially useful in packaging films, liners, bags, and flexible pouches.
At Nidhi Enterprises, each batch undergoes strict quality checks for migration rate, dispersion, and moisture control to ensure consistent film clarity, gauge uniformity, and gloss retention. The formulation is optimized to balance slip effect and printability—preventing ink smearing or over-migration common in low-grade additives.
Packaged in 25 kg laminated moisture-proof bags, this product meets BIS and international export standards. Custom grades can be developed for high-clarity or low-migration requirements based on end-use specifications.
